The Bayou Manor parking is mostly unavailable because of their new construction. So the Thursday night guild meeting (January 16) has been moved to Guild House.
Scharine investigated the situation at Bayou Manor today and reports:
The entire parking lot is under construction (see Photos), and the main entrance to Bayou Manor has been moved further west. A new alternative “lot” has been constructed to accommodate parking with only 19 spaces available.
Today the lot had 2 spaces available when I arrived late am. I spoke to some of the BM staff (my usual contact at BM was not available today) about the current parking situation and apparently they are having problems just amongst themselves and BM visitors. Apparently alternative parking plans during new tower construction were not fully addressed, so they’re using valet parking in order to work around the limited 19 spaces available. In addition, I did not find a nearby public parking area with safe access to BM for our CHH members.
